When possible, our immediate goal is to assist you in getting out of custody.  This is done by assisting you in - bail reduction hearings, own recognizance releases (own promise to appear), and working closely with our bail bond companies in securing immediate release through creative means.  

For most people who get arrested, it is a very scary experience.  Therefore, we provide you with many tools to help you and your family get through this experience.

• We always accept collect calls from any jail in the state.
• Our case managers and bail agents are always ready to meet with you      any time and anywhere whether in jail, at home or at our office.
• You will always speak to the attorney handling your case.
• Our priority is to get you out of jail.

Remember, if you or a family member or friend is in custody; do not let them talk to anyone without an attorney being present. Contact our office immediately to assist you in getting them out.

Remember, early intervention is crucial: it can avoid charges from being filed or minimize your jail/prison exposure. Preemptive intervention is also crucial: do not underestimate the need for a thorough and independent criminal investigation by our professional staff.

Note: Not all clients may be eligible for a release from custody, but at least you will know someone listened to your needs and made the attempt.
